Standard Apple terms

Pollen Jotter uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for App Store apps.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA controls for App Store distribution.

App purpose

Pollen Jotter is provided as a self-tracking app for pollen forecasts, symptom logging, reminders, and optional Premium features.

Pollen Jotter is a self-tracking app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Premium subscriptions

Pollen Jotter offers auto-renewable Premium subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.

  • Monthly: GBP 2.99 per month, auto-renewing until cancelled.
  • Yearly: GBP 9.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial where offered, auto-renewing until cancelled.

Billing notes

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • If you start a free trial and later purchase, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited where applicable.

Prices may vary by storefront or future App Store pricing changes. The in-app paywall and App Store subscription screen are the source of truth at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to interfere with the app's operation, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Availability

App features may change over time. Certain functionality depends on Apple platform services such as notifications, location services, iCloud, and App Store purchases.
